NikolaTesla is the first induction cooktop with a fully integrated air suction system. The central fan, a cooker hood perfectly integrated into the cooktop itself, guarantees high performance in terms of fume capture, silence and energy efficiency.

Cooktop and cooker hood in the same appliance: Elica's brilliant innovation is created to guarantee high cooking performance thanks to induction technology, and, at the same time, improve air quality and comfort in the kitchen.

HOW THE ASPIRATION HOB WORKS?

The new Elica induction and air suction cooktop has a distinctive design featuring sharp lines and high-quality materials. It synergistically combines the functionality of two appliances: the cooker hood, positioned in the central zone, communicates directly with the induction cooktop and is able to receive information coming from the cooking zone, automatically adjusting suction power and speed. Nikola Tesla makes it possible for you to concentrate completely on your cooking and food preparation, giving you an experience to enjoy to the full without worrying about fumes and odours: Elica will take care of air quality with its new air suction and induction cooktop. The air suction system's brand new, high-performance ceramic odour filters, available in the filter version of NikolaTesla, are directly accessible from the upper part of the cooktop: simply by removing the access grill, the filters can be taken out and cleaned with great ease.

With Nikola Tesla, Elica brings new technologies to the induction cooktop: energy saving, precision cooking, easy cleaning and simplicity of use combine with the Bridge Function, which makes it possible for you to unite two adjacent cooking zones to provide consistent cooking even with large cooking pots. The induction cooktop's touch controls allow you, with a simple touch, to adjust both the speed of the individual cooking zones and the air suction zone.

EASY TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN

By opening the cove, you can remove the four batteries of the high performance ceramic filter (Regenerable) and empty the liquid collection safety compartment, which is the only component that can protect the motor in case of leakage of cooking liquids.

By removing the grid, you can easily reach the aluminium grease filter thus performing easy cleaning.

The drain valve Guarantees cleanliness also in the case of abundant overflow of liquids.

HOW TO INSTALL NIKOLA TESLA

The NikolaTesla induction and air suction cooktop is available in both filter and duct-out versions. It is designed to suit all types of space and meet all installation requirements through a series of accessories supplied by Elica.

DUCT OUT

Cooking vapours are conveyed to the outside by means of compact pipes that pass into the free space found under the bases, provided that the base board height is at least 100mm. You can easily order all the accessories from Vision I (International) Ltd.

RECYCLING

In the standard filtering version, Nikola Tesla is equipped with everything you may need to installation, including the exclusive chrome-plated profile that finishes the cut on the base board necessary for the air outlet. Thanks to the special components provided by Elica, installation is also possible in kitchen whose based board is 60mm high. You can easily order all the accessories from Vision I (International) Ltd.

Bridge Zone	The special Bridge Zones of the hob are able to work both individually and in a combined way to a homogeneous cooking with trays and pots of important dimensions. Thanks to this technology is the surface of the floor that fits pots.
Easy Installation	The plus Easy Installation is designed to make it even simpler installation steps of a hood whether wall (through a subsequent alignment adjustment of the product between the wall) is built through basic operations well explained and experienced, easily performed.
High Performance	Excellent performance and for hoods with this surplus. Optimum fume capture capacity with suction range between 600 and 700 m3 and with noise between 60 and 65 dB (A) at maximum speed (the reference varies depending on the category of hoods)
Pot Detector	The induction hobs propeller automatically detect the presence of the pan on the cooking zones for cooking in comfort. The absence of pots on the surface prevents the heating process, making the perfectly safe floor and avoiding waste of energy.
Stop & Go	The Stop & Go function allows you to turn off the induction plan and then quickly resume cooking at the same temperature.
Wireless Connectivity	The induction cooking Lien Propeller planes are equipped with wireless technology that allows real-time transmission of information of use of the plan: activated areas, cooking power and presence of pots.
